【摘要】 姬松茸(Agaricus blazei)具有較高的營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值和藥用價(jià)值,已引起醫(yī)學(xué)和藥學(xué)界的廣泛關(guān)注,其食藥用價(jià)值正不斷地被研究認(rèn)識(shí)和開(kāi)發(fā)利用。對(duì)姬松茸食藥用價(jià)值的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述,以期為姬松茸作為一種新的功能食品和藥材資源進(jìn)一步開(kāi)發(fā)利用提供參考?！続bstract】 The nutritional and medicinal value of Agaricus blazei has attracted wide academic interest.Here,we have reviewed research advances relating to the nutritional components and medicinal value of A.blazei in order to provide a source of reference for the further development of A.blazei as a new functional food and medicinal resource.
