【摘要】 藥用真菌是具有保健和治療疾病作用的一類真菌,能產生豐富的次級代謝產物。多糖是一種重要的次級代謝產物,具有抗腫瘤、降血脂、抗病毒等多種生物學活性,目前已成為一個研究熱點。從培養(yǎng)基成分角度,綜述碳源、氮源、碳氮比、無機鹽、生長促進物質、植物油、真菌激發(fā)子對藥用真菌多糖產生的影響。

【Abstract】 Medicinal fungi(MF) are kinds of fungi possessing health care and therapeutic effects,have a variety of secondary metabolites.Polysaccharide,the important secondary metabolites,has been a hotspot nowadays due to a variety of bio-activities,such as anti-tumor,lipid-lowering,anti-virus activities and so on.From the perspective of medium composition,the influence of carbon,nitrogen,carbon nitrogen ratio,inorganic salts,growth-promoting substances,vegetable oil and fungal elicitor on the medicinal f...
