Primary Study on Artificial Cultivation of Morchella deliciosa

【摘要】 為探討人工栽培小羊肚菌的可行性,以野生小羊肚菌為試料,設(shè)置3個母種培養(yǎng)基和3個原種培養(yǎng)基進行分離、發(fā)菌和出菇試驗。結(jié)果表明:M2和Y3在栽培小羊肚菌上顯著優(yōu)于其他培養(yǎng)基,在相對濕度85%和強光照(10 000 lx)刺激48 h條件下,Y3培養(yǎng)基能夠形成子實體。
【Abstract】 A strain of Morchella deliciosa was grown on three mother medium(M1,M2 and M3) and three primary medium(Y1,Y1 and Y1) for researching possibility of Artificial Cultivation Morchella deliciosa.The results shown that M2 and Y3 were better than other test medium for vegetative growth and fruiting growth of Morchella deliciosa respectively.Fruiting bodies were formed on Y3 medium at relative humidity 85%,which stimulated by 48 h exposure to strong light(1 000 lx).
