茶樹菇農藝性狀比較及菌株篩選分析

【摘要】 對17種茶樹菇菌株的菌絲長勢、菇體顏色、抗逆性、開傘度、產量及生物學效率等多項農藝性狀進行評比實驗。結果顯示,茶樹菇大部分菌株菌絲長勢都很好,較易開傘,具有較強抗逆性,原基發(fā)生約34 d~48 d,初潮時間約40 d~53 d,且生物學效率近50%以上,其中淺灰褐色品系菌絲長勢偏好。但白菇和As-F各項農藝性狀均較弱。綜合比較后篩選出優(yōu)良的核心菌株As-1。
【Abstract】 In this paper,17 Agrocybe aegerita strains’s many agronomy traits which are mycelium growing,color of sporophore,stress resistance,difficulty of pileus-open,yield,biological efficiency and so on,are used in comparison experiment.The results showed that most of strains have very good mycelium growing,easy pileus-open,strong stress resistance.Their primordium appearance used about 34-48 days;first fruiting spent 40-53 days;biological efficiency nearly 50% above.Terra brown Strain has better growth...
