平菇培養(yǎng)料發(fā)酵過(guò)程理化因素及微生物變化研究

【摘要】 通過(guò)對(duì)平菇(Pleurotus ostreatus)玉米芯培養(yǎng)料進(jìn)行發(fā)酵處理,監(jiān)測(cè)玉米芯發(fā)酵料的堆溫和pH值變化,對(duì)不同發(fā)酵階段進(jìn)行微生物區(qū)系分析并測(cè)定了發(fā)酵過(guò)程中脫氫酶和堿性磷酸酶的變化。結(jié)果表明,在玉米芯培養(yǎng)料的發(fā)酵過(guò)程中,堆溫先升高后降低,而pH值先降低后升高。微生物主要以細(xì)菌和放線菌為主,真菌數(shù)量很少。隨著發(fā)酵的進(jìn)行,細(xì)菌和放線菌數(shù)量,脫氫酶以及堿性磷酸酶的活性呈逐漸上升趨勢(shì)。
【Abstract】 Pleurotus ostreatus was cultured with fermented corncob in this article.The changes of temperate and pH value were monitored in the pile,and the microbial flora,the law of changes of dehydrogenase and Alkaline phosphatase were determined and investigated during the fermentation process.The results indicate that the temperate of the pile increased first and then decreased during fermentation,but the pH value was the opposite.The microorganisms of the pile mainly consisted of bacteria and actinomy...
