乙酰甲胺磷及代謝物在銀耳及培養(yǎng)料中消解殘留規(guī)律

【摘要】 為了評價乙酰甲胺磷在銀耳上使用的安全性,研究了乙酰甲胺磷及其代謝物甲胺磷在銀耳子實體和銀耳培養(yǎng)料中的消解殘留規(guī)律。試驗結(jié)果表明:乙酰甲胺磷在降解過程中可轉(zhuǎn)化為甲胺磷;乙酰甲胺磷和甲胺磷在銀耳培養(yǎng)料中的降解半衰期分別為0.7d、0.6d;按推薦劑量低濃度直接對銀耳子實體施藥,乙酰甲胺磷和甲胺磷在銀耳中降解半衰期分別為4.5d、2.1d,銀耳采收時乙酰甲胺磷的殘留量為2.26mg.kg-1,甲胺磷殘留量為0.25mg.kg-1;菌袋擴(kuò)穴后按推薦劑量高濃度對菌袋施藥,乙酰甲胺磷和甲胺磷在銀耳中的降解半衰期分別為5.6d、7.9d,銀耳采收時乙酰甲胺磷殘留量別為0.74mg.kg-1,甲胺磷的殘留量為0.1mg.kg-1。兩種施藥方式,銀耳中乙酰甲胺磷殘留量均超過我國規(guī)定的MRL值(0.2mg.kg-1),而甲胺磷均不符合不得檢出的要求。
【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the safety of acephate used in Tremella,the degradation mechanism of acephate and its metabolite methamidophos in tremella and culture material has been studied.The results showed that acephate could degrade to methamidophos in tremella and culture material.The half life of acephate and methamidophos in culture material are 0.7 day and 0.6 day.Sprayed the low dose of acephate directly on tremella,the half life of acephate andmethamidophos in tremella are 4.5 days and 2.1 day...
