杏鮑菇單孢誘變雜交及其子代的鑒定

【摘要】 將杏鮑菇單核菌絲進(jìn)行紫外誘變,挑選優(yōu)良單核菌株雜交配對,獲得47個長勢較好的子代菌株。通過拮抗試驗與脂酶同工酶分析預(yù)測子代菌株雜種優(yōu)勢,篩選出有異于親本的7個杏鮑菇新菌株。
【Abstract】 With ultraviolet irradiation on mononuclear mycelial of Pleurotus eryngii,16 excellent mononuclear strains were selected to cross breed and 47 new crossing progenies strains were obtained.The heterosis of the crossbreeding filial generations were predicted by antagonistic experiments and analysis of esterase isozyme between parent strain and cross combinations.7 new Pleurotus eryngii strains different from parent strain were obtained.
