印度塊菌、夏塊菌與化香樹合成菌根苗技術(shù)初探

【摘要】 印度塊菌(Tuber indicum Vittadini)、夏塊菌(T.aestivum Vittadin)i是經(jīng)濟價值較高的菌根食用菌。本文對印度塊菌、夏塊菌與化香樹(Platycarya strobilacea Sieb.et Zucc).合成菌根苗的技術(shù)進行了研究,結(jié)果表明用印度塊菌、夏塊菌孢子液接種化香樹苗后,第三個月發(fā)現(xiàn)已形成根尖淡乳色,基部淡黃色、黃褐色的外生菌根。外生菌根為單軸狀、羽狀和不規(guī)則分支狀,單根菌根長300μm~4 000μm,直徑為200μm~500μm;平坦或從菌根延伸出外延菌絲。印度塊菌與化香樹形成的外延菌絲為透明、半透明、絮狀。夏塊菌與化香樹形成的外延菌絲為黃綠色、羊毛狀。菌根老化后變暗褐或萎縮;兩種塊菌與化香樹形成的菌根在顯微鏡下有明顯的差別。
【Abstract】 Tuber indicum and T.aestivum are mycorrizal mushroom with high economic value.In this paper,the production technique for the mycorrhizal seeding of Platycarya strobilacea with T.indicum and T.aestivum was studied.The result showed that T.indicum and T.aestivum formed bristle ectomycorrhizae on the rootlet tip with yellowish to yellowish brown on the Platycarya strobilacea seeding in three months.Ectomycorrhizae were monopodial,pinnate or anomalous,300 μm~500 μm in diameter and 300 μm~4 000 μm in...
