中國(guó)三省松口蘑遺傳多樣性分析Genetic Diversity of Chinese Tricholoma matsutake Strains from Tibet,Jilin and Yunnan Provinces

【摘要】 采用ITS、mt SSU rDNA的V4和V9區(qū)對(duì)采自西藏、吉林和云南3個(gè)省份30個(gè)地區(qū)的59個(gè)樣本進(jìn)行物種鑒定,并運(yùn)用IGS1-RFLP和RAPD進(jìn)行遺傳多樣性分析。結(jié)果表明:所有樣本均為松口蘑(Tricholoma matsutake),松口蘑ITS序列存在明顯的地域性;IGS1-RFLP分析表明,吉林樣本屬于A型,西藏和云南樣本是2種新類型;聚類分析表明,在相似系數(shù)為0.702水平時(shí)將供試樣本分為3大類群;我國(guó)松口蘑具有豐富的遺傳多樣性,并且自然種群遺傳多樣性地域性明顯。
【Abstract】 Fifty nine mushroom samples were collected from 30 locations in Tibet,Jilin and Yunnan and identified as Tricholoma matsutake based on ITS sequences,and the V4 and V9 domains of the mitochondrial small-subunit(SSU).IGS1 markers were region-specific in that samples from a single province had the same sequence,whereas these sequences differed from the IGS1 sequences of samples originating from the other two provinces.Abundant genetic diversity among T.matsutake strains in China was revealed by RAP...
