響應(yīng)面法優(yōu)化超聲波循環(huán)提取長(zhǎng)裙竹蓀抗氧化物質(zhì)工藝研究

【摘要】 利用Box-Benhnken中心組合實(shí)驗(yàn)和響應(yīng)面分析法,在前期單因素試驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上,以提取溫度、超聲功率和工作間歇比為自變量,以粗提物對(duì)DPPH.清除率為響應(yīng)值,對(duì)超聲波循環(huán)提取長(zhǎng)裙竹蓀(Dictyophoraindusiata)抗氧化物質(zhì)工藝進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。優(yōu)化后確定的最佳提取工藝條件為:提取溫度45℃,超聲功率580 W,工作間歇比3.6/1,在該條件下,粗提物對(duì)DPPH.自由基清除率達(dá)到46.45%,粗提物得率為30.37%。
【Abstract】 Selected parameters affecting ultrasound-assisted extraction of antioxidant components from Dictyophora indusiata fruit bodies were optimized using response surface methodology.Antioxidant activity was assessed by measuring the DPPH·scavenging effect of crude extracts.Under optimal extraction conditions(extraction temperature 45 ℃,ultrasonic power 580 W,ratio of treatment and intermittent times 3.6/1),the DPPH· scavenging rate of crude extracts(obtained in 30.4% yield) was 46.5% under the assay ...
