金針菇工廠化生產(chǎn)中黑腐病病原菌的分離與鑒定Isolation and Identification of a Bacterium Causing Black-rot Disease of Factory-Grown Flammulina velutipes

【摘要】 從山東省金針菇(Flammulina velutipes)工廠化生產(chǎn)中發(fā)現(xiàn)一種新病害,將其病原菌進(jìn)行分離純化,并經(jīng)柯赫氏法則驗(yàn)證,該病原菌為致病菌。根據(jù)病原菌的形態(tài)特征、培養(yǎng)性狀、生理生化及16SrDNA序列分析,鑒定其為托拉氏假單胞菌(Pseudomonas tolaasii)。
【Abstract】 A bacterium isolated from black-rot disease-affected Flammulina velutipes fruit bodies grown in a mushroom cultivation facility in Shandong Province,China,was identified as Pseudomonas tolaasii on the basis of morphological and culture characteristics,physiological and biochemical reactions,and 16S rDNA gene sequence analysis.Application of Koch’s Postulates confirmed the bacterium as the causative agent of the disease.
