【摘要】 綜述了食用菌遺傳轉(zhuǎn)化方法、啟動子和選擇標(biāo)記,并分析了食用菌遺傳轉(zhuǎn)化研究中存在的問題與發(fā)展前景。
【Abstract】 This paper reviews the methods,promoters and selectable markers used in the genetic transformation of edible fungi.Problems associated with,and future prospects of,genetic transformation of edible fungi are discussed.
