猴頭菌多糖罐批發(fā)酵種子培養(yǎng)及發(fā)酵條件優(yōu)化

【摘要】 試驗確定了猴頭多糖罐批發(fā)酵的種子培養(yǎng)基配方、種子質量標準、發(fā)酵控制條件及發(fā)酵終點。猴頭罐批培養(yǎng)要求種子活力旺盛,菌球色白,懸浮性強,密度3.0×103個.mL-1～4.0×103個.mL-1,直徑0.5 mm～1.5 mm。5批發(fā)酵表明,猴頭多糖培養(yǎng)以26℃,pH5.0,攪拌150 r.min-1～200 r.min-1,罐壓0.04 PMa～0.06 PMa,通風0.6 m3.h-1～0.8 m3.h-1培養(yǎng)144 h～168 h較適宜,菌絲多糖達115 mg.g-1～130 mg.g-1。比較發(fā)現(xiàn),猴頭罐批發(fā)酵較栽培子實體多糖高2倍。

【Abstract】 A recipe of substrate for Hericium polysaccharide seeds in fermenters,the quality index of seeds,the ferment conditions and termination conditions had found.Hericium in fermenters required thriving seeds,white fungus,high degree of suspension,with density of 3.0×103~4.0×103 per mL and diameter of 0.5 mm~1.5 mm.Five batches of ferment experiments had shown that when the cultivation of Hericium polysaccharide under 26℃,pH5.0,stirred at 150 r·min-1~200 r·min-1,with pressure of 0.04 MPa~0.06 MPa and...
