草菇菌株的生物學(xué)特性比較

【摘要】 對25個不同來源的草菇(Volvariella volvacea)菌株的厚垣孢子出現(xiàn)時間、原基形成時間和生物學(xué)效率等生物學(xué)特性進(jìn)行比較,結(jié)果表明,V754、V26-1、V753、V751、3560和0229菌株不但生物學(xué)特性較好,且生物學(xué)效率較高,在16%~20%之間,可較好的應(yīng)用于江蘇省丹陽地區(qū)的草菇生產(chǎn)。
【Abstract】 Selected biological characteristics,including chlamydospore formation time,primordium formation time and biological efficiency of 25 strains of Volvariella volvacea from different sources during cultivation on cotton waste were compared.Strains V754,V26-1,V753,V751,3560 and 0229 exhibited superior biological characteristics and between 16% ~ 20% higher biological efficiencies,and were considered better suited for mushroom production in the Danyang region of Jiangsu Province.
