鈣、鐵和錳對兩種靈芝液體培養(yǎng)菌絲體生物量的影響

【摘要】 探討了水中不同含量的鈣、鐵、錳離子對赤芝(Ganoderma lucidum)和松杉靈芝(G.tsugae)液體培養(yǎng)下菌絲體生物量的影響。結(jié)果表明,在200~1200mg/L時隨著Ca濃度增加赤芝生物量逐漸減少,而松杉靈芝在Ca濃度為200mg/mL時生物量最高,在600~1200 mg/mL低于不添加Ca的處理;在Fe濃度為200~600mg/L及200~800mg/L時,赤芝和松杉靈芝的生物量高于不添加的處理,但當濃度超過相應(yīng)范圍時,這兩種靈芝的生物量顯著降低;Mn濃度為200或400 mg/L時,兩種靈芝的生物量較高,當濃度超過800mg/L時低于不添加的處理。
【Abstract】 The effects of different concentrations of calcium,iron and manganese on mycelial biomass production in submerged cultures of Ganoderma lucidum and G.tsugae were determined.Biomass production in cultures of G.lucidum supplemented with increasing concentrations of Ca over the range 200-1200 mg/L was lower compared with unsupplemented cultures.However,biomass production in G.tsugae cultures was marginally higher with 200 mg/L added Ca but lower in cultures supplemented over the range 600-1200 mg/L...
