【摘要】 以糙皮側(cè)耳(Pleurotus ostreatus)下腳料———菇柄為試驗(yàn)材料,利用超聲波法提取其中水溶性膳食纖維,采用正交試驗(yàn)L9(34)對(duì)菇柄水溶性膳食纖維的提取工藝進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。結(jié)果表明,菇柄水溶性膳食纖維提取工藝的最佳條件為:超聲波時(shí)間20min,超聲波功率為450W,溶劑用量為20mL/g,提取溫度為70℃。該工藝條件下,水溶性膳食纖維粗品SDF得率為11.32%,SDF中可溶性膳食纖維含量為80.68%。
【Abstract】 Orthogonal testing [L9(34)] was used to optimize selected parameters affecting the aqueous extraction of soluble dietary fiber(SDF) from Pleurotus ostreatus stipes using ultrasound.The maximal yield of extracted material(11.32%),containing 80.68% SDF,was achieved when 1 g of stipe tissue was suspended in 20 vols of distilled water at 70 ℃ and exposed to ultrasound for 20 min at a power setting of 450 W.
