【摘要】 奧德蘑(Oudemansiella)是著名的食藥兼用菌,經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值較高。對(duì)中國(guó)奧德蘑屬的食藥用價(jià)值和栽培研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述,為相關(guān)研究人員提供參考。
【Abstract】 Oudemansiella species constitute a group of economically important edible fungi.Here,we have reviewed research advances relating to the cultivation,nutritional attributes and bioactive components of Oudemansiella in order to provide a source of reference for researchers engaged in the study of these fungi.
