【摘要】 對(duì)從廣州微生物研究所引進(jìn)9個(gè)草菇菌株與江蘇省江南生物科技有限公司常用品種V830進(jìn)行對(duì)比試驗(yàn),以期能篩選出適合江蘇省丹陽市及周邊地區(qū)栽培出菇的優(yōu)良菌株。經(jīng)過對(duì)菌絲生長(zhǎng)速度、生物學(xué)效率及出菇農(nóng)藝性狀進(jìn)行的分析比較,結(jié)果表明,在這10個(gè)供試菌株中,草菇菌株V9715具有菌絲生長(zhǎng)旺盛,出菇時(shí)間早,抗雜菌能力強(qiáng),生物學(xué)效率高,子實(shí)體商品性狀較好的特點(diǎn),而且所有的試驗(yàn)都是在當(dāng)?shù)刈匀粭l件下栽培,其產(chǎn)量和形狀表現(xiàn)為適宜在江蘇省丹陽市及周邊地區(qū)生產(chǎn)中應(yīng)用,可代替本地菌株V830使用,同時(shí)為遺傳變異和遺傳育種提供了重要的材料。
【Abstract】 Comparative test was carried out between 9 strains of V.volvacea introduced by Guangzhou institute of microbiology and the common strain V830 used in Jiangnan Biotechnology Co.,Ltd.,in order to screen out excellent strains for production,were compared.Researches were focused on growth rate of mycelia,biological efficiency and specialty of fruiting bodies.The results showed among these 10 testes strains,strain V9715 had the specialties of mycelia growing vigorously,early fruiting,high ability of ...
