【摘要】 為了探索蛹蟲草液體發(fā)酵中適合蟲草素積累的培養(yǎng)基和發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)條件,以半定量薄層色譜法為檢測(cè)手段,以蟲草素含量為指標(biāo),通過(guò)單因素試驗(yàn)及正交試驗(yàn)優(yōu)選的方法,最終優(yōu)選出的培養(yǎng)基配方為蛋白胨15 g.L-1、葡萄糖20 g.L-1、磷酸二氫鉀1 g.L-1、七水合硫酸鎂0.5 g.L-1、維生素B1 10 mg.L-1、萘乙酸2 mg.L-1。優(yōu)選出的培養(yǎng)條件為發(fā)酵液pH7,培養(yǎng)溫度25℃,光照時(shí)間12 h。
【Abstract】 To find out the best Cordyceps militaris fermentation medium and growth conditions for producing cordycepin,the composition of the culture medium,the culture temperature and light time were investigated by single factor experiment and orthogonal test.Half quantitative thin layer chromatography method was used to measure the concentration of the produced cordycepin.The results showed that the optimal culture medium were peptone 15 g·L-1,glucose 20 g·L-1,KH2PO4 1 g·L-1,MgSO4·H2O 0.5 g·L-1,VB1 10 m...
