【摘要】 采用香草醛-冰乙酸-高氯酸顯色法測定來自云南3個不同地區(qū)茯苓中的總?cè)坪?。結(jié)果表明,3個不同地區(qū)茯苓中總?cè)破骄繛?.96 mg.g-1~9.26 mg.g-1,它們之間沒有顯著差異。茯苓皮中總?cè)破骄?3.44 mg.g-1,顯著高于茯苓肉3.37 mg.g-1,并且新鮮茯苓樣品中總?cè)坪康陀诟稍飿悠贰?/p>
【Abstract】 The content of total triterpenoid of Wolfiporia cocos from three different origins in Yunnan province by Vanillin-glacial acetic acid-perchloric acid colorimetric method were determined.The results showed that the average contents of total triterpenoid of W.cocos from three different origins were between 5.96 mg·g-1~9.26 mg·g-1,and there were no significant difference among them.The average content of total triterpenoid in poria peel was 13.44 mg·g-1,which was significantly higher than that in t...
