【摘要】 采用ISSR、RAPD和SRAP分子標(biāo)記技術(shù)對(duì)收集到的26株供試香菇(Lentinula edodes)菌株進(jìn)行遺傳多樣性分析,將分析數(shù)據(jù)合并構(gòu)建UPGMA親緣關(guān)系樹狀圖,綜合分析結(jié)果表明,26株供試香菇菌株間的遺傳相似系數(shù)范圍為0.49~0.97,在相似系數(shù)0.61時(shí)可分為3個(gè)類群,具有相似遺傳背景或來源于野生資源的菌株優(yōu)先聚類在同一亞群,由5株野生菌株組成的第三類群與21株主栽菌株相似系數(shù)僅為0.50,存在非常明顯的遺傳差異。該試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:該方法可以更好地解釋供試香菇菌株間的親緣關(guān)系;加強(qiáng)野生香菇種質(zhì)資源的評(píng)價(jià)和鑒定研究,將有利于我國(guó)現(xiàn)有主栽香菇的品種改良和培育出具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的優(yōu)良香菇新品種。
【Abstract】 ISSR,RAPD and SRAP molecular markers were used to differentiate 26 Lentinula edodes strains,five of which were collected from the wild.A dendrogram,constructed using similarity coefficients ranging from 0.49 to 0.97 clustered the 26 strains into three groups at a similarity coefficient of 0.61.Strains having a similar breeding background,and strains collected from the wild,clustered together in the same respective subgroup.There was a level of 0.50 similarity coefficients between the five wild s...
