【摘要】 為選育高產(chǎn)優(yōu)良的糙皮側耳(Pleurotus ostreatus)菌株,分別選取16個菌株的10個數(shù)量性狀進行主成分和聚類分析。結果表明,前4個主成分的累積貢獻率達87.448%;利用SPSS13.0軟件中未旋轉因子得分值計算出主成分得分,以特征值的貢獻率大小為分配系數(shù),計算出不同品種糙皮側耳菌株的綜合得分和排名,并聚類為3個組群,第Ⅰ組的主要特點為產(chǎn)量高、菌絲生長速度快、單個子實體形態(tài)好;第Ⅱ組產(chǎn)量較高、菌絲生長速度較快、單個子實體形態(tài)較好;第Ⅲ組產(chǎn)量低、菌絲生長速度較慢。因此第Ⅰ組和第Ⅱ組綜合表現(xiàn)較好,可作為品種選育的優(yōu)良材料。
【Abstract】 Clustering and principal component analyses were applied to ten quantifiable traits in sixteen Pleurotus ostreatus strains for the purpose of breeding high-yielding strains of this mushroom.Our data revealed that the cumulative contribution value of the four highest level principal components was 87.448%.Principal component scores were calculated with SPSS13.0 software using the values of the non-rotated factor scores.The 16 strains clustered into three groups: Group I strains exhibited the fast...
