【摘要】 采用同核體單孢雜交育種技術(shù),以低溫高產(chǎn)的雙1菌株和高溫低產(chǎn)的雙5菌株為親本,選育雙孢蘑菇優(yōu)良新品種。通過(guò)擔(dān)孢子分離和同核體的鑒別,獲得同核體菌株共20個(gè),同核體間配對(duì)雜交組合99個(gè),獲得10個(gè)雜交異核體菌株;經(jīng)過(guò)菇房、出菇地棚栽培和出菇大棚生產(chǎn)性試驗(yàn),篩選出高產(chǎn)優(yōu)質(zhì)雜交菌株Z1。
【Abstract】 Monokaryotic single-spore isolates obtained from the high yield Shuang 1 strain and the low yield,high temperature Shuang 5 strain of Agaricus bisporus were used for breeding new high yielding,elevated temperature tolerant hybrids.Ninety-nine pairings were obtained from 20 monokaryotic spore isolates(11 from Shuang 1 and nine from Shuang 5,identified on the basis of isozyme profiles),and ten dikaryotic hybrids were obtained.After three cultivation cycles(carried out on a laboratory-scale,in 3 m2...
