【摘要】 將桉樹木屑(皮屑、桿屑、皮桿混合屑)作為栽培基質(zhì),對(duì)靈芝(Ganoderma lucidum)、秀珍菇(Pleurotus geesterani)、刺芹側(cè)耳(Pleurotus eryngii)及金針菇(Flammulina velutipes)等4種食用菌進(jìn)行栽培試驗(yàn),探討桉樹木屑栽培食用菌的可行性。結(jié)果表明:靈芝、刺芹側(cè)耳、秀珍菇在配方D桉樹皮桿混合屑(皮∶桿=1∶3)培養(yǎng)料中菌絲粗壯、茂密,生物轉(zhuǎn)化率較高、子實(shí)體生長(zhǎng)整齊,顯示良好的適應(yīng)性;金針菇在桉樹木屑培養(yǎng)料中菌絲生長(zhǎng)較弱,不能出菇。
【Abstract】 Eucalyptus sawdust prepared from bark and trunk wood was incorporated separately or as a mixture of both in growth substrates used to cultivate Ganoderma lucidum,Pleurotus geesterani,Pleurotus eryngii and Flammulina velutipes.Our data demonstrated that eucalyptus sawdust was suitable for inclusion in substrates used to cultivate G.lucidum,P.geesterani and P.eryngii,and that the optimum substrate composition in each case was 83% mixed(bark∶trunk wood=1∶3) sawdust,15% wheat bran and 2% precipitate...
