【摘要】 研究了轉(zhuǎn)化桑葉的毛頭鬼傘(Coprinus comatus)子實(shí)體對(duì)四氧嘧啶誘導(dǎo)的糖尿病小鼠體重、血糖、血清胰島素、肝糖原、果糖胺、血脂代謝、體內(nèi)氧化壓力、肝臟中糖代謝酶活性等的影響。轉(zhuǎn)化桑葉的雞腿菇子實(shí)體提高了單一毛頭鬼傘子實(shí)體或桑葉的降血糖作用,促進(jìn)了胰島素分泌,降低了體內(nèi)氧化壓力,提高了糖代謝的酶活性,但對(duì)血脂調(diào)節(jié)作用不顯著。
【Abstract】 Coprinus comatus fruit bodies were cultivated on a substrate containing mulberry leaves. After harvesting, the fruit bodies were dried and pulverized, the resultant powder (CFTM) was fed to diabetic mice, and the effects on body weight, the levels of blood sugar, serum insulin, hepatic glycogen and fructosamine, blood lipid metabolism, oxidative stress indicators, and enzyme activities related with glucose metabolism in the liver, were evaluated.
