【摘要】 用水提醇沉法從6個不同產地毛頭鬼傘(Coprinus comatus)子實體中獲得6種粗多糖,6種粗多糖得率及多糖含量差異較大,以湖北(HB)的最高,其次為云南(YN)的;各粗多糖分子量分布相似,單糖組成均以葡萄糖為主,并含有少量半乳糖;除福建(FJ)外,其余5種粗多糖均能增強小鼠巨噬細胞RAW264.7釋放NO的產量,以YN和HN的活性較好,總體來說,YN的多糖產量及活性較好。
【Abstract】 Crude polysaccharide preparations were obtained from artificially-cultivated Coprinus comatus fruit bodies,provided by six commercial growers from different locations within China,by hot(100 ℃) water extraction and ethanol precipitation.Percentage yields of crude extracted material from the six samples were HB 9.42,YN 8.89,AH 8.52,HN 7.03,FJ 6.68 and ZJ 5.26,and the corresponding percentage yields of polysaccharide were 7.49,6.68,6.36,5.33,4.35 and 2.84.HPLC analysis revealed that crude polysacc...
