【摘要】 以國內靈芝(Ganoderma)栽培菌株粵GL-YW(G.lucidum)和粵GL-YWZ(G.sinense)為對照,對3株采自坦桑尼亞的野生靈芝(Ganoderma)菌株的人工栽培子實體進行多糖和三萜含量測定。結果表明,3個野生菌株子實體中多糖和三萜含量均顯著高于對照菌株,值得進一步開發(fā)和推廣。
【Abstract】 Fruit bodies of three wild-type Ganoderma strains collected in the Amani Wildlife Refuge in Tanzania contained significantly higher amounts of polysaccharide and triterpenoids compared with levels recorded in Ganoderma cultivars Yue GL-YW(G.lucidum) and Yue GL-YWZ(G.sinense) from China,and should be further developed and promoted.
