【摘要】 以3個品種的靈芝(Ganoderma lucidum)子實(shí)體為材料,比較了不同粉碎程度對靈芝多糖與三萜提取效果的影響,結(jié)果表明,超細(xì)粉碎工藝能夠有效地破碎靈芝子實(shí)體中的菌絲細(xì)胞,顯著提高靈芝多糖的提取率,但對三萜的提取結(jié)果沒有影響。
【Abstract】 Fruit bodies of three Ganoderma lucidum species obtained from different cultivation facilities located in China were finely ground to mesh sizes of 10,40 and 300.Polysaccharide yields obtained by aqueous extraction of 300 mesh samples,determined using phenol sulfuric acid and HPLC,were significantly higher compared with levels obtained from material of larger particle size.However,particle size had little effect on triterpene yields obtained using ethanolic extraction(95%) combined with ultrasou...
