【摘要】 根據(jù)GenBank公布的香菇桿形病毒部分基因組序列(登錄號(hào):GQ372842)設(shè)計(jì)引物,建立了香菇菌絲體病毒的反轉(zhuǎn)錄-聚合酶鏈?zhǔn)椒磻?yīng)(reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction,RT-PCR)檢測(cè)方法,浙江省的36個(gè)香菇栽培菌株的菌絲體經(jīng)鑒定,菌株988、939、937、9319、868、66和WL-3的菌絲體不含桿形病毒;菌株靈的菌絲體可能含有桿形病毒;另外28個(gè)香菇菌株的菌絲體可能感染桿形病毒。
【Abstract】 Primers designed according to the partial genome sequence(GenBank Accession No: GQ372842) of a rod-shaped virus present in Lentinula edodes mycelium were used to develop a RT-PCR-based viral detection method.Tests conducted on the mycelium of 36 L.edodes cultivars from Zhejiang Province revealed that strains 988,939,937,9319,868,66 and WL-3 were virus-free.Mycelium of 28 other test strains contained the rod-shaped virus but it was unclear if the virus was present in mycelium of L.edodes Ling str...
