【摘要】 以平菇厲眼菌蚊(Lycoriella pluroti)3~4齡幼蟲為目標(biāo)蟲,對8種低毒農(nóng)藥進行篩選試驗。結(jié)果表明,高效氯氟氰菊酯對平菇厲眼菌蚊幼蟲的毒力最強,其致死中濃度為0.005mg/mL,對糙皮側(cè)耳菌絲生長影響較弱,抑菌中濃度為0.023mg/mL;在糙皮側(cè)耳生產(chǎn)中,每袋使用該藥劑30mL處理的殺蟲率達100%,10mL處理的殺蟲率為67.1%;噴施該藥(10mL)7d后子實體中無殘留檢出。高效氯氟氰菊酯適用于糙皮側(cè)耳(Pleurotus ostreatus)生產(chǎn)中防治平菇厲眼菌蚊。
【Abstract】 Eight pesticides were tested against third-and fourth-instar larvae of Lycoriella pluroti,an insect pest associated with the industrial-scale cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus.β-Cyfluthrin exhibited the highest toxicity towards the insect larvae with a LC50 value of 0.005 mg/mL,but displayed a relatively low inhibitory effect on the mycelial growth of P.ostreatus with an IC50 value of 0.023 mg/mL.Treatments of mushroom culture bags with 30 mL and 10 mL β-cyfluthrin solution at a concentration o...
