【摘要】 概述食用菌農(nóng)藥殘留風(fēng)險評估和預(yù)測基礎(chǔ)研究方面的國內(nèi)外進展,對于開展相關(guān)研究、控制農(nóng)藥殘留危害、確保食用菌產(chǎn)品安全和貿(mào)易具有積極的意義。
【Abstract】 The current status and developmental trends relating to the safety and risk assessment of selected pesticide residues in various edible fungi are described.This review is intended to identify potential research priorities,reduce the potential hazards associated with pesticide residues and promote the safety of products available either in domestic markets or sold for export.
