蛹蟲(chóng)草無(wú)性型DD蛹草擬青霉的確證
A Corroboration of the Anamorph of Cordyceps militaris-Paecilomyces militaris Liang sp. nov.

摘 要:從野外采集的鮮蛹蟲(chóng)草標(biāo)本上分離到一假定無(wú)性型菌株LFRGU 88-8211,經(jīng)人工培養(yǎng)獲得了與天然蛹蟲(chóng)草特征相同的成熟子實(shí)體,從而確證了LFRGU 88-821L是蛹蟲(chóng)草真正的無(wú)性型.基于形態(tài)學(xué)特征的鑒定表明,此無(wú)性型是擬青霉屬中的一個(gè)新種--蛹草擬青霉(Paecilomyces militaris Liang sp.nov).本文簡(jiǎn)述了蛹蟲(chóng)草無(wú)性型地位研究的歷史,討論了作者確定其當(dāng)前分類地位的合理性.研究標(biāo)本(LFRGU)保存于貴州大學(xué)真菌資源研究室.
