白阿魏蘑粗提物抗氧化和抗腫瘤活性的研究
ANTIOXIDATIVE AND ANTITUMOR ACTIVITIES OF THE CRUDE EXTRACTS OF PLEUROTUS ERYNGII VAR. NEBRODENSIS

摘 要:本文利用不同溶劑對白阿魏蘑次生代謝物質(zhì)進(jìn)行了分級分離提取.以DPPH. 和ABTS.+法檢測各部分抗氧化活性,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)乙酸乙酯相活性最高,進(jìn)一步純化得到4個(gè)較高的活性部分,暗示有較強(qiáng)的天然抗氧化劑存在.以MTT法檢測體外抗腫瘤活性發(fā)現(xiàn)石油醚相抗腫瘤活性最高,對人卵巢癌細(xì)胞的IC50為175.28 μg/mL.上述結(jié)果為白阿魏蘑進(jìn)一步開發(fā)提供了理論與實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù).
