湖南的松菌

Pine Mushroom from Hunan of China

摘　要：湖南的松菌是深受當(dāng)?shù)厝罕姎g迎的一種野生食用菌.可是長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),湖南的松菌都被誤指為松乳菇[Lactarius deliciosus (L.:Fr.)Gray].我們調(diào)查研究后認(rèn)為,湖南的松菌應(yīng)是紅汁乳菇(Lactarius hatsutake Tanaka),而非松乳菇.湖南的松菌主要發(fā)生在馬尾松林下,與馬尾松形成共生關(guān)系.紅汁乳菇的菌根平滑,二叉狀,紫紅色.
