松茸的營(yíng)養(yǎng)生理及培養(yǎng)基的篩選
STUDIES ON THE NUTRITIONAL PHYSIOLOGY AND SCREENING OF CULTURAL MEDIA OF TRICHOLOMA MATSUTAKE

摘 要:采用分離自吉林延邊的松茸菌種研究了松茸的營(yíng)養(yǎng)生理及培養(yǎng)基篩選.結(jié)果表明:松茸對(duì)單糖、雙糖、多糖和糖醇都有一定的利用,但葡萄糖、果糖、甘露糖等單糖對(duì)菌絲生長(zhǎng)效果較好;氮源以谷氨酰胺、(NH4)2HPO4、酒石酸銨等氨態(tài)氮較為適合.松茸菌絲在較寬C/N比范圍內(nèi)都可生長(zhǎng),以C/N比21~66為佳.KH2PO4、MgSO4@7H2O、VB2VB6對(duì)松茸的生長(zhǎng)促進(jìn)效果明顯是菌絲生長(zhǎng)所必需的.新篩選的11號(hào)培養(yǎng)基和已有松茸培養(yǎng)基比較,除生長(zhǎng)速度有所提高外,氣生菌絲大為增多,生長(zhǎng)茂盛.
