豬苓、伴生菌及蜜環(huán)菌共培養(yǎng)的形態(tài)學研究
MORPHOLOGICAL STUDIES ON DUAL AND TRIPLE CULTURE OF GRIFOLA UMBELLATA, AN UNNAMED COMPANION FUNGUS AND ARMILLARIELLA MELLEA

摘 要:本文對豬苓、伴生菌及蜜環(huán)菌兩兩共培養(yǎng)及三者共培養(yǎng)進行了宏觀形態(tài)觀察及細胞學水平上的研究.結(jié)果表明,豬苓與伴生菌共培養(yǎng)時,在二者之間形成一致密拮抗線,豬苓菌落表面菌絲分化產(chǎn)生大量菌絲束;豬苓與蜜環(huán)菌共培養(yǎng)時,豬苓能阻止蜜環(huán)菌菌索對其自身的進一步侵襲,互作區(qū)中的雙方菌絲及菌索均停止生長;蜜環(huán)菌與伴生菌共培養(yǎng)時,蜜環(huán)菌能穿透整個伴生菌菌落,在伴生菌菌落下方產(chǎn)生大量分枝;三者共培養(yǎng)后,豬苓對蜜環(huán)菌的防御能力有所下降,伴生菌對蜜環(huán)菌的耐受力有所提高,蜜環(huán)菌產(chǎn)生的新分枝均向伴生菌一側(cè)生長,豬苓與伴生菌之間并不形成致密拮抗線,只可見雙方菌絲的白色交融區(qū).豬苓與伴生菌均能在蜜環(huán)菌菌索皮層上形成侵入位點.
