文摘 通過(guò)UV處理香菇原生質(zhì)體后得到的105株再生菌株與它們親本菌株的菌絲生長(zhǎng)速度,產(chǎn)量和出菇期進(jìn)行了比較。約有30%的再生菌株獲得了較高的產(chǎn)量和較早出菇期的優(yōu)良特性、多次繼代培養(yǎng)證明,這些再生菌株獲得的優(yōu)良特性穩(wěn)定。研究結(jié)果表明,香菇原生質(zhì)體分離誘變是一種很有應(yīng)用價(jià)值的食用菌菌種選育方法。
英文文摘 The experiment was carried out to inquire about the possibility of strain selection and improvement in Lentinus edodes through protoplast formation and mutagenesis by UV. Mycelial growth rate, yield, and period of fructification of 105 selected regenerants from UV-treated protoplasts have been measured and compared with their parents. Several selected regenerants achieved some better qualities such as higher yield and earlier fruiting. Several repeated cultivations of these regenerants reconfirmed their new capacities. The results indicated that protoplast formation and mutagenesis are the potential methods for strain selection and improvement in edible fungi.
