香菇數(shù)量性狀的因子分析
FACTOR ANALYSIS FOR QUANTITATIVE TRAITS IN LENTINULA EDODES

摘 要:因子分析結(jié)果表明,22個香菇菌株16個數(shù)量性狀可分為弱相關的5個主因子,其方差積累貢獻率為85.71%.按照主因子所包含的性狀及其所反映的生物學含義,可把5個主因子命名并按方差貢獻大小順序排列為:F5,菇形因子;F1,菌柄因子;F3,營養(yǎng)生長因子;F2,生殖生長因子;F4,轉(zhuǎn)色因子.從主因子出發(fā)進行香菇育種,可以加大目標性狀的針對性和提高選擇效率.
