Intercalative Nanohybride of Cordycepin in Layered Double Hydroxide
Abstract:A novel negatively charged cordycepin-[Mg-Al-NO] nanohybrid has been prepared by ion-exchanged method.Results of TEM, PXRD and FT-IR spectroscopy confirmed that cordycepin could be intercalated into [Mg-Al-NO3] interlayers as the charge-compensating species.Preliminary result show that the new bioinorganic nanohybrid may be used as a novel inorganic pharmaceutically active compounds reservoir or carrier.b.

蟲(chóng)草素LDH插層納米復(fù)合體

摘 要:通過(guò)離子交換反應(yīng)制備了一種新型蟲(chóng)草素層狀雙氫氧化物納米復(fù)合體. 透射電鏡、X-衍射和紅外光譜分析結(jié)果表明,帶負(fù)電的蟲(chóng)草素中和無(wú)機(jī)層片電荷而插層到鎂鋁層狀雙氫氧化物[Mg-Al-NO3]中.實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,通過(guò)簡(jiǎn)單的離子交換,可制得新型生物有機(jī)納米復(fù)合體,該類納米復(fù)合體將有可能成為生物活性分子的貯存庫(kù)或載體.
