羊肚菌子實體培育研究初報

摘要:本文主要研究了2個羊肚菌菌株在不同栽培原料上和不同栽培條件下菌絲的生長情況、菌核的培養(yǎng)特征以及子實體的形成特性。結(jié)果表明,菌核是羊肚菌子實體產(chǎn)生的重要標(biāo)志和重要階段;光照、溫度和濕度是子實體形成的關(guān)鍵因子;北芪渣對菌核和子實體的形成有刺激作用;人工栽培適宜在楊樹林地和蘋果園進行;草木灰和楊樹根土可促進羊肚菌子實體的產(chǎn)生。

A Preliminary Study of the Culture of Morchella Fruit Body

Abstract:This paper studied the growth characteristics of the mycelia,the sclerotia and the fruit bodies of two Morchella strains cultured on different matters and in different conditions.The results indicated that sclerotia was an important sign and a necessary stage in the formation of the fruit body;light,temperature and humidity were the key factors;“Beiqi”residue can stimulate the forming of the sclerotia and the fruit body;the most suitable culture areas for Morchella were poplar forest land and apple orchard;and woodash and poplar-root soil can promote the forming of the fruit body.
