香菇正反雙單雜交后代的遺傳分析

摘 要:選用香菇的雜交菌株農(nóng)1與野生株Q進(jìn)行正反雙單雜交,得到6個雜交后代。結(jié)果表明:3個正交菌株與3個反交菌株在酯酶同工酶與DNA水平上具有極高的相似性,而對殺菌劑和溫度的敏感性顯示了明顯的遺傳差異,且農(nóng)藝性狀遺傳差異也十分顯著。正反雜交菌株在核基因相同情況下的遺傳差異應(yīng)主要歸于細(xì)胞質(zhì)差異。本研究表明,香菇雙單雜交后代是同質(zhì)異核體。

Abstract:The positive and negative di-mon mating of a crossed strain Nong1 and a wild strain Q from Lentinula edodes were carried out and six hybrids were obtained. The results show that three strains of the positive cross and three strains of the negative cross exist high similarity on the esterase isoenzyme and DNA molecular level. However, they show distinct genetic differences on sensitivity to prochlorac (germicide)and temperature.The agronomic characters of the hybrids are also evidently diffrenet . Clearly, the genetic differences of hybrids of the positive and negative di-mon mating should be attributed to the differences of cytoplasm. This study indicate that the positive and negative di-mon mating hybrids are homogenous heterokaryons in Lentinula edodes .
